TO ENJOY: Take 1 - 3 dropperfuls by mouth, 1 - 3 times daily as needed.

(Quick note: A 'dropperful' is the amount of liquid that fills the glass tube of the dropper top when the bulb on the dropper top is squeezed and released. It will not fill the entire glass tube, but what it does fill is what is considered a dropperful.)
