We think that small changes have a big impact so we start with one thing a day to be better. We are patient and gentle with ourselves and others, and are always learning and growing. We seek to not only experience the feeling of good health daily but to experience the feeling of joy daily. We also know and practice the notion that we are all in this together.

Relyt began with a simple love of plants and the rituals that bring us back to ourselves.

Before it became a brand, Relyt was something I practiced quietly in my own life. I was working as a flight attendant when I began studying herbalism, drawn to the way plants could offer support through long days, changing seasons, travel, stress, and the everyday needs of a body trying to stay well. What started as curiosity became devotion, and over time I began blending teas and tinctures for myself, my family, and the people around me.

In 2020, during the stillness and uncertainty of the pandemic, I returned to those formulas with a new sense of purpose. I built a website, refined the blends I had been making for years, and began shaping Relyt into what it is today: a wellness brand rooted in herbalism, thoughtful formulation, and everyday ritual.

Each Relyt product is made with organic and carefully chosen ingredients, without added flavorings or fillers. Our blends are created to support the rhythms of real life. Rest, digestion, emotional balance, travel, seasonal shifts, and the simple need to feel more grounded in your body.

For us, wellness is not about perfection or performance. It is about the small, steady ways we care for ourselves. The cup of tea we return to at the end of the day. The tincture we keep close when life feels full. The scent that reminds us to pause, breathe, and begin again.

Today, Relyt is made in San Antonio inside our little coffee shop and general store, Wildcraft General. It is where we produce all of our teas, tinctures, and aromatherapy blends, and where you can find the full Relyt collection alongside curated goods, thoughtful everyday essentials, and bulk organic herbs.

Relyt is built around quiet, useful, beautiful rituals made to be lived with — at home, in your daily routine, and in the places where people gather.
