Sunday Slowdown at The Ranch: New Moon Intentions

Location: Mezcal Lounge, Ranch Motel (please note this is upstairs and there is no elevator access)
Welcome the energy of the new moon with intention-setting and reflection. Led by local herbalist, Tyler Beakley, this week’s guided session focuses on aligning your goals and desires with the fresh lunar cycle. Bring your favorite journal, or use the provided workbook to write your intentions and start December with a sense of purpose. Complimentary teas from Relyt will be available throughout the session, and if you prefer coffee, a coffee truck (shoutout Wild Child Coffee!)will be onsite to purchase drinks.
Your ticket includes:
- A 1-hour guided session with journaling and intention-setting exercises
- Unlimited tea during the session
- A workbook from the session to take home
- A sample of Relyt tea to continue your self-care practice at home
- Access to Ranch Motel’s heated pool until 3:00 PM

What to Bring:
- Optional: Your favorite journal for intention-setting.
- Swimsuit if you plan on swimming afterwards.
Pool Information:
- Note: No outside drinks, coolers, large bags, pool floats, or decorations. You will be asked to leave any of the above items in your car.
- Pool loungers available on a first-come basis. Poolside seating is not guaranteed.
- Onsite bathroom, changing room, rinsing showers, and lockers (bring your own lock) available for use.
- Complimentary sunscreen provided.
- No lifeguard on duty. Pool deck can be slippery when wet. Enter at your own risk.
