Sunday Slowdown at The Ranch: Reflect & Release

Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (pool access until 3:00 PM)
Location: Mezcal Lounge, Ranch Motel (note this is upstaris and there is no elevator access)
As the year winds down, take a moment to pause, reflect, and release. This session is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and make space for renewal in the coming year. Guided prompts and handouts will help guide your reflection, and Relyt’s soothing teas will support the process. Complimentary teas will be available throughout the session, and a coffee truck (shout out Wild Child Coffee!) will be onsite for additional drink options.
Your ticket includes:
- A 1-hour guided session with reflection and release exercises
- Unlimited herbal tea during the session
- A workbook from the session to take home
- A sample of Relyt tea to continue your self-care practice at home
- Access to Ranch Motel’s heated pool until 3:00 PM

What to Bring:
- Optional: Your favorite journal for reflection during the session.
Pool Information:
- Note: No outside drinks, coolers, large bags, pool floats, or decorations. You will be asked to leave any of the above items in your car.
- Pool loungers available on a first-come basis. Poolside seating is not guaranteed.
- Onsite bathroom, changing room, rinsing showers, and lockers (bring your own lock) available for use.
- Complimentary sunscreen provided.
- No lifeguard on duty. Pool deck can be slippery when wet. Enter at your own risk.

Conveniently located near Brackenridge Park and The Pearl, this boutique venue features serene outdoor spaces, pickleball courts, a heated pool, a mezcal lounge, and a listening room. Guests can also enjoy the onsite coffee truck and browse unique finds at The Dally Shop, making it the perfect urban escape for connection and relaxation.
